The rates shown are given as an indication and may be subjected to alteration if needed with out prior notice. All the prices here are in US Dollars (USD)


Most of our products are hand made and slightly differ compared to the pictures in our website, except for machine made products.

OPENING A VOLUME ORDER

• Minimum order is 100 pcs and up.
• Volume order discount is available starting for minimum amount of order US $ 3,000.
• Goods are invoiced according to the rate applicable on the day that order is finalized and accepted by us.

IN OUR SHOPPING CART

• Shopping: Continue shopping and select other products.
• Recalculate: Recalculate product quantity and total price.
• Check Out: Finish shopping, go to register and payment process.

PRODUCTION TIME

• 45 - 75 (+ / - ) days depending on the quantity of large order.
• 7 - 14 (+ / - ) days depending on the quantity of small order.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

• Please note that when choosing your shipping method, the cost varies by type of service and the country of destination.
• Large order by containers can be delivered via sea freight, F.O.B. Bangkok.
• All delivery time will depend on the shipping or express delivery service providers.
• Each product price here in our website does not include the packaging and shipment cost

RETURNS

• Complaints concerning defects or non-compliance of goods delivered with those or with the dispatch note must be made within seven days following receipt of goods.
• Goods may only be returned by formal agreement between the purchaser and seller. Return items must be in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
• The purchaser is responsible for carriage expenses and risk.
• The seller remains the owner of goods sold until full payment of principle and interest has been made.

CHECK SHIPPING PRICE (small orders)

•    or by EMS only special delivery 2-4 days shipping.
• Please click the logo of desired shipping company and input all necessary details for the possible estimation of your shipment.
• An Additional cost for packaging will be charged accordingly.
• After your calculation please inform us about the result for final checking and sending of your package.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• We will inform you by quotation or Proforma Invoice for the full  cost of
  your order as soon as we receive your request
• Our standard term for volume order is 60% to initiate order and 40% balance prior to goods delivery. 100% payment for small order prior to shipment of the products.
• Accepted payment is by Wire transfer, T/T, or Credit Card.
• Accept credit card payment by VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
• The completed order will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive your final payment.
• all your payment must be paid directly to our processing bank.Please ensure that the cost of bank’s fee is on your end.
